I totally feel like I'm starting to understand this show more now... I think? I have some theories! But I'm for sure starting to enjoy it more. I like the slow build up and I also kind of like unpredictability like I'm not sure where these relationships are leading? I guess we'll see!

I'm glad you're getting more into it and that the personalities are starting to be more visible. Yes, it's absolutely slower paced than those that have to tell a similar amount of story in half the episodes. I like the pacing, but coming from other BL series, it feels almost too slow; it's much more "regular" k-drama paced. It's interesting to see it again with you because you point out things I didn't really think about, and I appreciate that. All three boys have different communication styles, and all four bring their own perspectives to interactions. Taekyung is so honest, but he also has no experience at all with what that honesty means/produces, as we see with the bullies. The other three -- being less naive about what happens when you say things -- have learned to temper how and what they say in ways to suit their life experiences (as we all do, but which Taekhyung has avoided doing until trying to make and have friends). Looking forward to next week!
