As far as I know, the quality automatically adjusts depending on your wifi speed while using Patreon Video so I think the problem lies there for you, I hope you can fix it somehow because it must be horrible to watch in 240p 😭 Maybe you can try to search on Patreon for an answer. I hope it resolves itself!
