2022-12-31 02:16:38 YOU’RE RIGHT❤️ Their theme is based on the story of Narcissus. As far as I know, he fell in love with his reflection of himself in the water. So if you read their lyrics, it’s a continuation from their previous song, Eleven: “You, the one in front of me. The reflection of me in those eyes” to their new song “LOVE DIVE” because Narcissus fell into the water and ended up killing himself = their lyrics “perfect sacrifice” & “Hold your breath, love dive.” Their title can also be read as “LOVED IVE” (i.e. IVE loved IVE). This whole time, they were singing about falling in love with themselves, not anyone else unlike other typical love songs😉 So their “holding a mirror” choreo, “cupid” concept, and the chorus “narcissistic” makes total sense.
