Yeseo was in a child group (CutieL) and a group made of teens (Busters). She is '05 while Youngeun is an '04. Also you should definitely watch Loona's Silence of Idol from PTT era if you have time :)

Yeseo celebrated her 16th birthday in August while Girls Planet was going on! The other thing is, Yeseo and Mashiro are both signed to 143 Entertainment. Prior to the show, Yeseo and Mashiro were the only 2 girls signed to the company (they have since signed Ito Miyu who was on the show) so for them to so closely resemble eachother is funny. They knew eachother for about a year before Girls Planet from what we can figure out. This is also the reason why Yeseo picked Mashiro to be in her cell at the start of the GP999.

For sure, in terms of how long she's been in "the industry" you could argue she's been involved even longer than even Yujin, albeit on and off, but certainly her experience in will have taught her a lot. She's smarter and more aware than most people 5 years older, but she's still our cute little maknae and she will be protected at all costs.

In several occasions when they hand Yeseo a microphone and ask her questions i was surprised how eloquent and professional she sounds. Sometimes she felt like an MC to me despite how cute and young she looks.
