31:16 in the class eyes, koji has only 2 `friends`, being suzune and hirata. since he never hangs out with any1. they probably dont even consider the study grp , to be he`s friends. he is that much of a loner to them. my guess would be they want to vote him or sakura. cause both are lonely and not on the top of the class at all performance wise. altough i do believe sakura was higher then koji in general.
