Greetings, dear listeners! Please excuse the unconventional introduction, but I'm in a bit of a bind. You see, I've recently become obsessed with the idea of running a Vampire the Masquerade campaign set in Hull "Hull by Night", but I've been having trouble finding players. So, I've taken the liberty of kidnapping you all and tying you up to make you listen to my pitch. I do hope you don't mind.

Now, let me tell you all about the wonders of Hull by Night! Yes, I know what you're thinking—Hull is a bit of a shithole where nothing ever happens. But that's precisely what makes it such a fascinating setting for a Vampire the Masquerade campaign!

Picture it: a community of undead, bored out of their minds, barely clinging to the Masquerade as they while away the centuries in a haze of ennui. But don't let that fool you—beneath the surface of this sleepy town lies a seething cauldron of vampire politics and intrigue, just waiting for players like you to come and stir things up.

Now, let me introduce you to some of the colourful characters you might meet in Hull by Night. First, there's Chavvy Chantelle, a vampire who's never met a tracksuit she didn't like. She's always up for a good brawl and has a penchant for stealing car stereos.

Then, there's Roadman Raj, a vampire who's made a name for himself by dealing drugs and throwing illegal raves. He's got his fingers in all sorts of pies and knows everyone worth knowing in Hull's underworld.

Of course, we can't forget about the posh totty, Lady Arabella, a vampire who hails from one of Hull's oldest and most respected families. She's got the manners and education to match her lineage, but don't be fooled—she's just as ruthless as any of the other vampires in town.

And those are just a few of the characters you might meet in Hull by Night! I promise you, this campaign will be an experience unlike any other. You'll have to navigate the complex web of alliances and rivalries in Hull's vampire community, all while trying to keep the Masquerade intact and dealing with the challenges and surprises that this unique setting has in store.

I know this pitch might sound a bit desperate, but I'm begging you: please consider joining me for this exciting campaign. I'll even throw in some bribes if that helps—I'll bake you a batch of scones or make you a cup of tea, whatever it takes to get you to sign up. Please don't make me resort to drastic measures; I don't want to have to keep you tied up here forever.

THIS IS NOT A REAL CAMPAIGN!

is there room in Hull for a new rising star buisness man looking for land to build on and discreetly for abandoned subway stations up for purchase? (don't tease us with a World of Darkness campaign though this ones favorite is Werewolf always down for some fun WoD action :D ) 💜💜💜💜

I've only heard of the city of Hull once in a Doctor Who episode.
