First we have the raw audio 29 minutes of restarts and clap marks

Then we have the cleaned up raw audio, down to 15ish minutes from the original 29.

EQ settings are applied to the raw audio and 16 separate tracks are then generated.

The 16 tracks are smooshed down into an audio lamination and then I start introducing ambience tracks. In this case rain, mysterious creaky cabin, two music tracks (phonograph eqed and dark room reverb), heavy wind and a fluorescent light in a concrete room.

Then it was exported as the audio I posted earlier.

I know very little about sound editing, but to me generating 16 separate tracks from the same source seem superfluous.

My process is very much not what people should do. Each track has a different sound made up from pitch, saturation, compressor de-esser, dimension, etc. I have a lot of issues when it comes to my voice and this a method that affords me some reassurance. I have always been straight up that my editing process is way too much, but otherwise I could not comfortly post anything.
