If I'm not mistaken that's trial SOKS sensors array. SOKS were fitted on multiple types of submarines during tests, not only on the SSNs.

I never noticed till now how the sail planes are angled vertically to breach ice. Hey Jive thanks for reply sir. I watched a documentary that mentioned the NR1 briefly and was curious. I look forward to that brief and many more👍
