This is infact Wily's villain song and is one of my favorite Protomen songs. I enjoy how damned jazzy it was, fun fact during a live performance of The Hounds the ex-band member who used to play Wily in live shows (and is the vocalist for this song) Turbo Lover threw his fedora into the audience only to later in character go out into the crowd and forcibly take it back. I wish there was footage because that sounds hilarious. Glad you enjoyed this one so much!
