And regarding their names it really just comes down to preference

Hmmm usually, they use their last names even if in real life Japanese courtesy settings. But, still it depends to preference and closeness to that person. Me, I call Yuuji Itadori= Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro=Megumi, Nobara Kugisaki= Nobara :) it really depends on you!!! :)

I do think for the most part people call Fushiguro by his last name and Nobara by her first name. Itadori Yuuji is a toss up. Gojou is Gojou and Sukana is Sukana.
