hello everyone!!! it is complete!!! after a bit of a delay, the disruptor is complete!!! and man is this model was tricky to model but because of that, it's turned into something special hahaha! starting out the model features a moving trigger and hammer. internals. bolt-together construction. rotating drum, and the big feature for this model!!! a freaking removable mag!!!

hang on a min what makes a removable mag so special? you might be asking. and it all comes down to the mag release as the hammer is the mag release! hahaha I know it's nuts and that is why this model has taken some time :D after doing the research on this model I found out that in the original model they knock the hammer back and that releases the massive mag from the top of the model and then place the new mag on top pushing it down witch locks the hammer back into its original place. and the best part is I got it working in the prop woooohoooo hahahaha :D

this model turned out better than I could have imagined and I can't wait to paint it!!! I wanted to say thank you to you guys. you guys made this model possible thank you :D

you can download the model here!

I finished printing it this morning, and it's awesome! there's a few details I've noticed that's different from your model and the in game model. As well as a small wish list of features/modifications I wish could be added to the model at some point. some are minor like splitting up the 'barrel' into 5 parts, the main part, and the prongs I guess you could call them. so you can print them by themselves. I printed mine using Galaxy Black for most of the model, the barrel, the disc, and the mag release parts was printed with copper filament, guard with gold, and the trigger with sparkling silver. I'm to the point where I wish I could print with multiple filaments at once with my printer, cause I'd love to add more color to the model, without painting. Another thing I was thinking about, is being able to stick a small motor and battery in it to spin the disc when you press the trigger, that'd be neat.
