This week is a big one as we welcome back creator of OK K.O. Ian Jones-Quartey to talk about a character close to his heart: Sonic The Hedgehog! How did the fastest thing alive really move to two different animated series in 1993? How did Jaleel White define Sega's mascot? How did Ian craft a tribute to this series in his own animation? And why are there so many wizards in this more serious story of Sonic and his friends Sally, Tails, Rotor, Bunny, and Antoine? Learn it all as we juice and jam through Sonic The Hedgehog in this week's podcast!

Awesome episode. So, I didn't get huge into StH in any form (save the 16-bit era games + Mania) until last year when I found the forum drama around Ken Penders, which led me to https://thankskenpenders.tumblr.com/ So shout-out to Bobby who helped me catch up on this without ever having watched any of the '90s shows. It's a weird intersection of my interests around the psyche of fandom[s], furry apologetics, Archie comics, [...] I do think I will avoid re-watching this b/c it is... a lot of awesome voice actors + ideas crammed into a package that is too small and surrounded by badness IN SHORT, so many things. Thanks for this episode

I completely agree with Ian, I remember being so excited to watch Tales of the Cryptkeeper, enjoying the opening and then being bored by 90% of the episodes.
