My computer was out of commission, so I just now saw this message. As a retired hairstylist, I totally get where you are coming g from. I can relate to everything you said in the video. It's really a vicious cycle because the burnout prevents you from putting out the quality of work that meets your personal standard, and by not feeling that you are meeting your personal standard of quality, the burnout and depression gets even worse. I would wish with all my heart that I could recapture the passion and creativity that I had for over 20 years in the hair industry. Sometimes, the creative energy would come back to some extent, and I'd get hopeful. Next thing I knew, it would go again. I don't want to discourage you because everyone is different, but I never got my "mojo" back. Eventually, I left the business altogether. I am confident you will get your mojo back, but just remember that YOUR personal happiness comes first before all else. Have a great break, and I'll see you when you get back! : D
