October's third fan art is actually of my very own OC - Jessica (can you draw fan art of your own character?). Haven't seen a proper pic of just her regular self in quite a long time so it's nice to draw her again. I was given the choice of what to draw her doing so I decided to pay tribute to the original inspiration for her design - Tommy Pickles.
