New tiers and tier adjustments (Patreon)

Hello patrons. Thank you for your continued support!

I've added a drawing discount tier for anyone who wants or plans on getting a monthly commission. It's one character a month, or you can build up months and get a multiple character picture or sequence or whatnot.

I can't enforce this for people to take it for several months, so I'm going on a trust system here that people stay a member of it for a while. If too many people abuse it, I will remove it.

To make things easier for MMD, I've now branched it into two sections.

$15 for bubblegum / balloon animations (this went up a little due to it taking me longer to work on animations now. I just put more time and effort into them now)

And $30 for Inflation animations.

This new $30 tier includes payment to get the specific model modded. If the model does not work, another one will have to be requested.

Anyone who was a member of the original MMD tier is grandfathered in (as we call it) and I will contact them about this specifically to let them know.
