Fosca, brilliant one (Patreon)

Ok, I know that actually "brilliant" in english means "smart" and not "shining", but there isn't a true reason for this title. It comes from my heart, just looking at this not-smart and not-shining illustration. Probably I like the way it sounds, or the subtile contrast between the name "Fosca" (in italian means something "darkly" and "foggy") and the italian word "brillante" ("shiny", "bright"). Fosca, the brilliant one.

Ok, lo so che "brilliant" in inglese non vuol dire brillante, bensì "furba" o "acuta", ma non c'è una vera ragione per cui questa illustrazione ha quel titolo. È venuto spontaneamente, dal cuore, semplicemente guardandola. Forse è stato semplicemente il contrasto tra il nome Fosca e la parola italiana "brillante", che sono quasi contrari, a farmi suonare bene il titolo in inglese. Fosca, the brilliant one.
