Moving reward to Discord (Patreon)

Sue to new TOS of patreon i have to move reward to discord so i can make content more freely without breaking any rules,and we can also have a nice chat there though my english are not strong i hope you don't mind my grammar. :3

If you don't use discord I also send each month rewards via email in the end of the month.
