This episode is literally a copy and paste from the British version. I don’t love it and it’s why I didn’t watch the show originally when I tried it. However it gets it’s footing from here. I hope you enjoy

The Jim and Dwight antics are some of the best parts of this show. Worst parts... Micheal Scott's cringe!!! Yikes it can get bad lol. It does get better as it goes along imo.

they didn't want to use the british script but were only approved to run their pilot if they pulled from the original. the rest of season one improves, and then starting with season two they hit the ground running. i personally think it's the best comedy show that's ever aired lol but maybe that's just me

i'm so excited for this. the cringe comedy is peak but honestly jim and pam are the heart of this show they're just a breath of fresh air idk something about their interactions and relationship feels so authentic to me

Season 1 is the worst season imo. Stick with it and you'll be rewarded, that's all I can say lol. Season 2 is great!

Going to watch this with you bc everyone I know is so obsessed with this show and says it gets to amazing later, even tho I couldn’t make it past the first few eps lol. All my friends and family have seen the show 10+ times tho and always make me feel like a loser for not liking/watching it or understanding their office jokes haha! Although mindy Kailing is on the show and she’s one of my absolute fav people! She had her own show called the Mindy Project that is super funny to me ❤️

I couldn't get through the first few episodes either and then when they took Friends off of netflix, I decided to give it a second shot and powered through the cringe. That led to binging the whole show and now I've seen it four times 😂

the first season is a little rough, but it definitely gets better. its one of my comfort shows now, but i usually start at season 2 when i re-watch. 😅

Honestly it’s the first season that isn’t great, it’s one of my favorite shows but I would always skip the first season for the rewatch. Gets so much better at season 2
