When I saw this, I thought the message on the wall was going to be another anagram (like the DR JOE NH = RED JOHN). But then Jane didn't say anything like that about it, so I guess not! I didn't realize it was a message from Renfrew, trying to give Patrick some info (or at least that's what Lisbon thought in that last scene). I have no idea what it means. He could have been clearer!
