alpha and beta future difference (no spoiler) alpha: mayuri dead, CERN rules, *dystopia* beta: kurisu dead, World War III as for the reason why beta suzuha knows her dad and what triggers WW3, you'll find it later.

You now have 2 choices: watch episode 23b and subsequently steins gate 0 before you finish this, or finish watching the original series and go from there. I would recommend the first option as it makes both series far more impactful, however it's up to you. Just throwing the option out there so you know it exists.

I think that finishing the original (up to the end of episode 24) makes the most sense, but I might be biased because I watched it before S;G 0 released. I do prefer the 23b version for rewatches though. Either way, S;G 0 is great and worth watching

@Wilfrid The 23b and 0 order mutes some parts and leaves out some context that you'd only get from watching episode 23a, as well as shifting focus, and if you're going to watch 23a, you might as well watch episode 24 of the original before starting 0.
