Little change on Tier 3 for January 2024 (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

just a quick post to let you know that from January 2024 the slot limit on the Tier 3 will increase to 4.

Also the poll for the Tier 3 will no longer be done on Patreon but on Twitter.

However, the Tier 2 poll will remain on Patreon.
