Heavenly Fang: Cooperating with Akamaru, launches an uppercut attack, lifting the hit enemies into the air. Then, Kiba Inuzuka himself flies forward to execute an attack.

Ripping Fang: Commands Akamaru to perform a series of continuous taijutsu attacks in the forward direction.

Dual Fang: Akamaru jumps onto Kiba's back to perform the Beast Human Clone transformation. The two then rapidly spin, creating two tornadoes that charge forward for high-speed collisions.

Basic Attack: Uses taijutsu to attack enemies along with Akamaru.

Reviewing Kiba Inuzuka's skills, Charles shook his head, acknowledging that these were techniques he might not frequently use.

With the addition of Kiba Inuzuka, Charles had successfully assembled his reconnaissance team, consisting of only lower-ranked ninjas. Now, the only missing piece was their team leader, Kurenai Yuhi.

Once he recruits Kurenai Yuhi, he'll receive the title reward for Team 8. However, the members of the Konoha Twelve were proving harder to recruit.

Even after four years, Charles hadn't managed to collect all of them, with only Sarutobi Asuma’s team remaining unrecruited.

Shaking off these thoughts, Charles began reaping the benefits of recruiting Kiba Inuzuka. His chakra increased by 1 point, reaching a total of 119. With this amount, he could transform into a mobile artillery at will, unleashing a barrage of ninjutsu.
