The Future of Actualol (Patreon)

I want to thank you, all of you patrons for your support over the last two years. You are 100% responsible for me being able to still be making videos. And I am so grateful for your support. And a huge welcome to the new patrons - thank you for stepping up to keep the channel going.

As some of you will have seen, I have launched a new pledge drive to try and secure a future for Actualol. My Patreon pledges have slowly dwindled since I started it two years ago, and it leaves me with an uncertain future as to whether I can afford to continue to make videos month to month. 

I have also improved the pledge tiers on the Patreon, by offering a new reward. Everyone backing at $5 a month (or above) will be sent an Actualol lanyard and Actualove badge after three months of support. I wanted to give you something that can show the board game community that you are responsible for keeping Actualol alive. 

All the existing Patrons who have already been pledging at least $5 a month will be sent their lanyard and badge this month! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS in Patreon, so that it will be sent to the correct place.

I have set a Patreon goal of $2,500 a month. If we reach that point, I can keep making videos without the threat of financial difficulties. The great news is that we're already a third of the way to that target after one day!!! 

Thank you so much for believing in what I do, and for supporting it. We find ourselves in an unusual hobby where all the major YouTube channels rely on crowdfunding to keep going. I'm incredibly thankful that you consider Actualol worthy of saving.
