The Altar of Flesh (Patreon)

 The  Church of the Holy Mother does not have an altar in their church, but  instead invites a parishioner to join them and assume the altar pose;  penitent, and on hands and knees.  The service is performed in and  around them, and sometimes on them.  On this particular Sunday, the  sermon touched on true serenity.  Serenity, much like an orgasm, is  achieved through release and acceptance, as demonstrated here by the  acceptance of Sister Rosemary's tongue.
