What a way to start the year, huh?

I believe I mentioned that my panic attacks were a result of other issues with my health, which are quite stressful and anxiety inducing, on top of already having anxiety naturally plus taking ADHD meds who also cause anxiety.

Psychiatric and psychological issues would be bad enough, of course, but I also need to worry about respiratory problems, poor immunological system and other smaller issues that pile up to become a bigger problem.

Right now I am dealing with huge amounts of pain on my lower half, which could potentially be a result of high amounts of anxiety, but could also have some other reason. None of the doctors (at least on the public side if things) seem to be requesting the necessary exams, and private ones are largely unavailable for quite a while, not to mention their absurdly high prices, buy that's another topic.

I am really exhausted right now, I can't sleep and I need to wait for the doctor to call me, who knows when, and whatever comes next.

Sorry for rambling so much. I am not feeling too anxious today at least, so I don't think I will get another panic attack for now, although I almost did earlier when the pain intensified too much. I started to take some medication for anxiety and it seems to be helping a bit, though.
