There's a difference between unedited and watchalong. Some reactors watch in a way that allows you to keep up with your own copy, but it's very disruptive to keep synced if the reactor pauses or rewinds. Some reactors like to pause, discuss, analyse, and rewind. Colette is that kind of reactor. It isn't suited to watching along, so I wouldn't bother trying. I'm familiar enough with the movies at this point that I don't need to watch - just the audio and her commentary is enough.

The wandmaker that Voldemort killed was Gregorovitch. I believe Ollivander was Great Britain's favourite wandmaker, but European wizards are more likely to get one from Gregorovitch. Gregorovitch had possession of the Elder Wand at one point, which is why Voldemort went to him - he was the last known to have had it. Also, there was no point in lying to him - in Order of the Phoenix we learn that Voldemort is expert in Legilimency, which is why they had Snape give Harry lessons in resisting it.
