I still remember the surprise on my face when my friend told me she had invited a couple of guys over. I had been looking forward to a chill night in with her, gossiping and watching our favorite TV show. But no, she had other plans.

As we chatted in her living room, she confessed that she had been crushing on one of the guys for over a month. I was happy for her, but I couldn't help feeling a bit miffed that I hadn't been warned about the sudden addition to our girls' night.
