You just explained in the last chapter that there is no justice in the ministry. It's literally a popularity contest that will decide if you're innocent or guilty. While I'm sure Pettigrew would get his just desserts, it would be a good opportunity for Harry to have a character development moment as he realizes with how corrupt the ministry is it's much easier for him to act as Judge, Jury and Executioner. He has all the tools needed. Incapacitate, legilimens, truth serum and then judge

Yes. I'm just gauging how you want Harry to react. Do you want a Harry who has a hands-on approach to Death Eaters or do you want a cautious no-risk taker Harry?

I want a Harry who understands that he needs to get his hands dirty to defeat his enemies a d has no qualms about it but is still smart enough not to be brazen about it. Gotta keep a good balance where he plays the good boy act but if he sees an opportunity he viciously takes it and utterly annihilate his enemy. He's done that brilliantly with Malfoy. Keep making friends and connections as well

You should make it so that he integrates the soul shard in his head.
