   There are two new mechanics in release 1.23: fatalities and effects cast by objectified monster on their wearer.
   Fatalities are simple. If the monster reaches zero humiliation then a bucket of dark latex is poured over it and the monster is helpless. If anybody performs any kinky action on the monster then fatality is selected and applied. It is usually a list of effects step by step applied on the monster delivering a fatal and permanent fate. If the fatality is not triggered then the monster is freed and made resistant to any humiliation loss to have time to recover. For player it is possible to manage either by keeping humiliation above zero or crossing fingers nobody would deal the fatality. In any case if you find it too harsh you may switch off player fatalities off in game preferences.



   The objectified effects are simply applied by right click on the wearer. They must be gained through usage of perks such as squirm on ground or caress your wearer, are easy to get and gradually gain strength with possibility to command the wearer at the strongest level.
   There are also many bug fixes and new animations for full content patrons, especially the stacking effect is useful, because it shows progress of the stacking effect.

   Now I will work on more from what I proposed and you voted for and I will also look into optimizations (yes, there are slow moments), level generation and balance of game rules. And I would like to update the UI to make the action selection menu less clanky.

Changelog 1.23

- Monsters should not force feed victims with books anymore
- Improved stain explosion, stains should be displayed only after they reach target field
- Changed range when attack affects bystanding monsters
- Increased chance a monster will have weapon in hand
- Added missing milk addiction texts
- Fixed bomb throw animation and changed behavior now the bomb explodes on next turn
- Added hairy dick and petrified hands icons
- Added new effect when monster may be petrified, but some parts may be accessible
- Changed rules for petrified hands that will allow bondage in future
- New skill: Humiliation skill that increases humiliations of kinky actions to allow build for fatalities
- Fatalities:
   - When monster reaches zero humiliation then it is stunned and helpless towards fatality
   - Fatality is applied by next kinky action, there are different fatalities per some actions, they change by usage
   - There are 25 new fatalities (chained effects with fatal result such as permanent slavery, severe addiction, body modifications or transformation into helpless form)
   - Fatalities are fatal, so player should avoid it if possible, mostly they have irreversible effects
   - There is an option in Preferences to switch off fatalities applied on player
- Clicking on monster body panel when incapacitated now invokes wait action (to improve usability)
- Fixed issue of Trample perk (typo in effect id)
- Traps now may use homing flying field effect
- Fixed issue when ticking bomb was picked up
- Perks for objectified player now have rewards and provide ability to cast spells on wearer

Patreon
- Fixed issue with decoration of a chest
- Added possibility to request decoration of an effect gun
- Fixed project structure for mayhem and hentai-mayhem so new tiles may be added

Full
- Changed Bamboo environment ground and decoration to fit better with the walls
- Added blue and green effect application to be aligned with field effects
- Added specific effect that shows progress on stacking effect (X out of 8)

Known issues:
- Frog girl still seems to jump off board sometimes, but less than before
- NPE in case of game finished by entering exit without link
- Repetitive pregnancy in case of multiple (hard to reproduce, many interactions)
- Lick your own ass possible through mc
- Floating fast action selection buttons not managed well if the application not on top
- Tentacles grow too fast from tentacle to monster
- Pull aura does not respect occupation of fields (two monster on same field)
- Monster filtering sometimes fails (e.g. normal vs. kinky animals)

So question as I am still not sure how item creation works. Assuming I have a saved game, how would I add a perk to myself, or better yet, how do I spawn in a book with, say learning the skill trample

This is not accessible in the game without editor. You can do it in editor (e.g. edit one of the tiles and drop the book), but it is not possible to spawn it. It is automatically spawned from monster or in chest. I will consider adding an option "add perk" to cheat menu.

So, I think you mentioned this being fixed, but I do want to confirm I am still having issues with it. Petrification of the feet and faceless plastic are not fixing themselves when they change back to normal. This failed to fix the state when I cast turn to flesh. While faceless, I lost access to multiple spells including basic healing, and once I changed back they were still greyed out. Also, cast turn to silicone on a creature whose ass had been petrified and it gave the bouncy gif again.
