🛡️⚡👑 Forged in the divine foundry of a temple high on a mountain where the storms never cease, the Justicar Armor was created under auspices of virtue and valor. It is said that the high clerics and paladins who crafted these suits were guided by a hand of justice, an unseen force that imbued their work with celestial energy. Each suit is a physical manifestation of the mandate to which the most virtuous warriors are called: to face adversity with courage and to stand as a bulwark against the tide of evil.

The Justicar Armor is a legendary embodiment of the ideal that right should always triumph over wrong, and that the true measure of power is in service to the greater good. Those who wear the armor feel a surge of righteous determination, a clarity of purpose that fortifies them against the darkness they are sworn to vanquish. 🛡️⚡👑

Justicar Armor

Armor (plate), legendary (requires attunement by a paladin)

It is etched with sacred glyphs and symbols, each one a testament to the highest ideals of chivalry and justice. Designed not just for protection, the armor serves as a reminder to treat adversity as a challenge to be met and overcome, much like evil should be confronted.

Dormant State. While the Justicar Armor is in its dormant state, you gain a +1 bonus to AC while wearing it. In addition, you gain the ability to cast the divine favor spell a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus without expending a spell slot. You regain all expended uses of this ability at dawn.

Awakened State. When the Justicar Armor reaches an awakened state, you gain additional benefits:

  • The armor's bonus to AC increases to +2.
  • Your Divine Smite damage increases by an additional 1d8 radiant damage.
  • You gain resistance to necrotic damage.

Exalted State. Upon reaching its exalted state, the Justicar Armor bestows the following benefits:

  • The armor's bonus to AC increases to +3.
  • Your Divine Smite damage increases by a total of an additional 2d8 radiant damage.
  • If you are about to take damage, you can use your reaction to invoke a divine shield. This shield grants you resistance to all damage until the start of your next turn. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until dawn.
