Not sure if this is the right place, but for some reason I cant seem to find this in the game after downloading and putting in my mod folder. What section of clothes is it gonna be under?

You can find it in the full clothing parts. Moving the package files to a single folder inside mods also helps in these cases when the game can't read properly the files if they are inside too many subfolders.
