Fish Pack - Only Base Game - Missing Textures (Patreon)

I was already afraid that this would happen. Even though the fish floor decals are now placeable and working with only having the Base Game installed, the textures from the fish that came with additional packs are missing.

This doesn't mean I did this all for nothing. First of all, the first pack of fish which I've released in 2019, all came from the Base Game. Back then you still needed the Get Famous EP to make the fish to appear though, because of the tuning I used back then.

Now all fish from that first fish pack and a lot of bonus fish from the base game are all useable even if you only have the Base Game installed.

All other fish that came with additional packs, will still need that certain pack for the fish to show up with the right textures.

In the image above you can see how the fish will look when you only have the Base Game installed. Though the Lionfish, in the top right corner, came with Outdoor Retreat and is still visible when you only have the Base Game installed.. So I'm not sure why it works like that for that single fish. All other Outdoor Retreat fish won't have a texture and will show as the fish at the bottom row. So purple-ish with a question mark on them.

Pack Requirements
What I will be changing now, are the pack requirements for all those fish that came with a certain pack in the mods theirselfs. If I don't do this, these fish will show up in game, but won't show the right textures if you don't have the required packs installed. With these pack requirements set inside of the mods, they won't even show up in your game catalog if you don't have that pack installed.

So this is some extra work, but in the end it's better for all of us. :)

If you do have all packs where these fish came from, so Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Get Together, Vampires, Jungle Adventures, Island Living and Werewolves, all will show up perfectly fine of course.
