Added mods to Updated Mods-list (Patreon)

I've added another 3 mods to the list which I some how forgot about. They're all related to birds as it's about the following mods:
- Breadcrumbs + pigeons
- Breadcrumbs + small birds
- Birdbath + small birds

I probably have more animated mods which can not be found in the list, but I want to be sure I definitely have the animal mods in there to be updated. After I've done those on the list I'm going to quit updating and concentrate on new mods again. :)
