Just so everyone knows about which objects I've talked about in my former post.
All of these can be found in Mt. Komorebi.

The tall version has no snow-less version and it's impossible for me to make one either. So the tall one will probably be best placed in the always snowy neighbourhood of Mt. Komorebi or during the winter season in a world that has the snowy weather conditions enabled.

Important to say is that you do need to have raised terrain behind the rocks, otherwise the 'climb down' interaction will appear even when your Sim is already standing on the ground level. When activating this interaction while on the ground level, your Sim will walk to the back of the rock and will start to climb down into the ground.
When terrain is raised behind the rock in a way it's to steep for Sims to walk on, this climb down interaction will disappear.
