This week's mod is about re-trying an older one (Patreon)

As for this week's mod, I'm going to try to make an older mod work to way I had it in my mind.
Back then in 2017 I didn't know as much as I know now about adding effects and especially about rotating effects.

In the image above, the Tragic Clown is already "crying", but I wanted the "tears" to spray each in a different way. One to the front-left and one to the front-right. Everything I tried last year didn't work out. Sometimes the tears were coming out at the back of the painting for example, so the other side of the wall.

So that will be my goal for this week: Add an on/off switch to the Tragic Clown painting to make it really cry in 2 different directions.
It's maybe not something people would really use in their game, but I just think it's funny to make the Tragic Clown painting more tragic!
