In this first (boring looking) sneak peek image, you see how this object will look when placed in your game. 

The first single water drop floor decal will give you far less falling water drops then the one with 3 water drops does in the same time.
Both versions will be repeated for an infinite time where the water drops themselves will fall on different spots around the floor decal.

As such a floor decal on your ground isn't that nice to see, you can also make them invisible using another color swatch.
I've also made both a terrain as water version with a slightly different effect after hitting the ground.
