Today a new series of sneak peeks. This time it's about the recolors.
Unlike with the former group of rocks for which I could borrow the Base Game Rock textures, this time I had to try to match the colors as good as possible all by myself in Photoshop.

As you can see in the image above, they match the Base Game Rocks quite good if I may say so myself...  😀
The thing is that for each cliff, I had to make the recolors all over again as they use different textures each.
To start the recolors, I first desaturated them all to make them have quite the same colors to start with. After that I made some different kind of overlays to make them match the original Base Game Textures as good as possible.

The real challenge was to make the last recolor, the one with the mossy looks as I had to hand-paint those myself in Photoshop and I never really did something like that before.

The following Sneak Peeks will all be about those mossy textures as I'm quite proud about the outcome of all of them.  😇
Compared to the other recolors, for which I could use the same overlays for each cliff type,  the mossy ones had to be hand-painted for each cliff type.
