Tragic Clown, Tragic update! (Patreon)

I've already told you about my plans to make the tragic clown painting more tragic by adding effects to it.

Now the tragic part about it, is that I can't seem to rotate the effects the correct way. It could be a problem in Blender or maybe a problem in the game engine.

I did successfully rotate effects before, but I'm not sure why it worked back then and doesn't work in this case. It could also be a problem with the sort effect itself. Maybe water effects work differently then the others.
I hope to finish this project somehow sometime...
