This episode is 1 of my favorites of this part of the season. Like you guys said the way things end for the scouts against the beast Titan is great writing but so brutal and sad. Levi has always been brutal but this slaughter of the BT is in my opinion the most savage and vindictive he has been so far which only makes sense with all the sacrifices and the animation is so good. It made sense from an emotional and strategic standpoint but I agree with Jake that Levi should’ve killed him right there. I think it’s interesting that 1 of the consequences of transferring consciousness is loss of memory although that might have also been because Reiner’s head was blown up. I didn’t think Hange was dead but there was one part of me that was like what if she is so I was really happy when she showed back up and even better it was a really hype moment. It’s crazy that Reiner and Armin were the ones who got the most fucked up in this battle because at least most of the scouts died immediately. I love Armin so much it’s refreshing to see your thoughts/opinions on him since not enough people understand why he is such a great character although thankfully a lot of the people who react to the show I watch do. His resolve here is so powerful especially because it means giving up on his dream. Also what a great way to set up a tearjerker by exploring his dreams and having a flashback of them as children. This was 1 of the more enjoyable reactions from you guys. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

As the seasons passed Armin was definitely one of the characters who shot up in my favorite list. No only has he shown his insane analytical skills, and pull out information out of hunches/whims to overcome situations, But his character goes from being nice and Naive, to becoming extremely Manipulative, and dark whenever he wants to be.. -Nekko
