April 24, Thursday (Patreon)

Only one page inked today, I'd hoped to get at least two done but I had appointments in the morning and evening so that cut down my work day pretty dramatically. 

I'm making a really conscious effort to change my camera angle around. The last year I've basically just had the camera at eye level and alternated between half-body shots, full body shots, and close-ups, with people either directly facing the viewer or in profile. Basically, the easiest angles for me to draw. 

BUT NO MORE SLACKING. I need to kick my own ass, force myself to draw things I don't want to, stuff that's hard for me. 

I mean, I say that as if everything is changing now but it's really not. It just means I'm trying to work in, like, one or two panels that are more challenging. 

EXCEPT FOR THIS COMIC. Oh my god, fuck me, it's full of backgrounds and crowd scenes. Aughhhh whyyyyyyyyyy Definitely gunna be working on it over the weekend.
