This one was better than Part 1. Was surprised to see we lost some characters. The battle scenes were fun and nice to see they went big with what they had. Now granted, some of the CGI was a little off. But as an overall installment, it was solid. We thought the end credits was pretty cool as a nod/send off. This journey was worth it. We had to see how bad or good these films were.

Looking forward to chatting with you all in the comments.

Twilight Breaking Dawn Pt 2 FULL REACTION

Comments

V

Late to the party, so apologies of this was already mentioned. The young actress that played Renesmee in Breaking Dawn pt. 2 is the actress that played “Murph” in Interstellar - just much younger here. (Let me know if this comment is a dupe, and if so, I will delete it.)

KarySky

Oh my god, you guys have absolutely ruined the experience of watching Twilight for me. It'll never be as fun as this! I cringed (more than I thought, this saga didn't age very well lol), I laughed and I rooted for the battles with you. Good job! EDIT: Oh and I'm team Carlisle and Charlie. Never have been on team Jacob, he's so immature and he has many more red flags than Edwards!

Bangtan Vodoo

I really wish you will react to the tv show the vampire diaries its literally the best tv show ever its really well done you are not gonna regret it on contrary you will love it am sure !

Jeff K

I was not expecting to see Oak rocking a Team Edward shirt, but here we are.

Love10 ❤️

Now Oak.......hahahahahaa 😄 🤣 😂 😆

Aaron

This film was my only exposure to twilight for about 10 years until I started watching the others with y'all. My ex dragged me to the theater for this. I was 18, she was 17. I had no idea what was going on, but when the battle kicked off and people started dying, a few hundred teen/pre-teen girls all started screaming and crying and shrieking "WHY?!" until it ended. Let me tell you something... That was probably the weirdest and most uncomfortable experience of my life! It was explained to me in the car afterwards that the big fight didn't even happen in the book. This was done solely to fuck with the audience. Lol

Lena

Oak, sparkly vampire confirmed ✅

stephanie

oak n his shirts never fail to make my day LOL, cant wait for my food to arrive so i can watch!

L AH

The end scene with the big battle and most of the main characters dying ... first time I experienced true shock. All of my friends were screaming, we were all looking at each other in the theater like "wtf, this doesn't happen in the book". Tbh, thank god they decided to put that in because the end of the book was so boring, nothing happened and it wouldn't have translated it well on the big screen. Oak, I actually thought you had leprosy in the thumbnail and I wonder who the heck had a skin disease in the movie but it's actually just some sparkles 😂

important nobody

I 100% believe the author had a hand in that "battle" scene. This came out around the time midnight sun got leaked and she made the comment of wanting to finish writing it, but having James kill everyone...or something along those lines. She was super angry. Midnight Sun is twilight from Edward's POV.

JuneLove

I literally can’t with the intro 😭😭🤣🤣

Love10 ❤️

They were too focused on trying to have the baby look just like Bella and Edward but also grow fast. All for the baby not to look like either of them. We were all disappointed

shua

THE BABY THEY MO-CAPPED WAS LITERALLY CUTE ALREADY 😭😭 they didn’t have to add all of that cg on her 😭

Marquis keel

You guys should react to to the hogwarts legacy showcases

Miss_CJ

Honestly, I'd take the baby CGI over their first idea of having a moving doll that literally looked like Chucky (and was dearly named Chuckesmee by the fandom) LMAO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jOuy-HOcg8

Ron Banks

If they don't get this polar express baby outta here. LOL

Badd Medicine

Hope all you check out the cold open 🧛

Mariah Lovegood

The cold open was the best. I am supposed to be working but when I saw the picture I had to watch now to see the glitter and then that cold open had me literally lol at my desk.

terriblegenius

I haven't even been 2 minuets into this video and its amazing!! The cold open was hilarious!

Emely

I believe the producer said that the reason they didn’t cast a real baby was because it would have been a different child every scene renesmee was in, do to her fast growth so they didn’t want to cast a bunch of children. Instead they just cgi’d her 🥴

Mariah Lovegood

I think part of the CGI decision was it needed to be obvious Bella and Edward's baby so Charlie would react that way and but main reason is she grows so fast they would not be able to cast several different babies that look like the same person. It is still awful looking but it makes it easier to understand.

Nakia Smith

Imprinting needs to crawl into a hole and die.

Jeff K

Jacob falling in love with (and fans can call it whatever they want, but for god’s sake he asks Edward if he should call him dad now) an infant is the cringiest thing I’ve ever seen in a movie.

LisaMarie D

Sparkley Oak had my dying in the intro!!! (even though I choked on my water) I SO appreciate all you guys having fun with this. Great open!

Jeff K

On that note I would 100% watch a stream of Oak playing Hogwarts Legacy.

Nakia Smith

Imprinting was actually in the book. Jacob asking Edward if he can call him dad was not in the book. I hate that they did that. Thanks for the reply!

Jeff K

I know - I’ve actually read the books. My wife read them and I decided to check them out thanks to morbid curiosity. It was weird then, and remained weird in the movies… haha.

Lev

I literally got patreon today just for your channel and even more so because I couldn’t wait to see your reaction to the fight scene and the reveal of it 😂 watching it at the movies was definitely an experience because that whole fight scene in Alice’s view wasn’t in the books so everyone LOST it the moment carlisle got…attacked

Vonda Martin

I forgot how emotional the ending was. I love this series.

Vonda Martin

You recognized Christian Serratos (Rosita) from the Walking Dead didn't you?

Jennifer K

For as boring as the end of the book series was (no war/battle), this was a SURPRISE of a fantastic ending - best of both worlds. The theater full of teenage girls expecting no deaths.....we *OMGDIEDSCREAMING* Hilarious to think back on the trauma we thought it was....hahaha embarrassing. GREAT to see reactors experience it though!! Yours was no exception. I am curious, in the future, if there's ever a time that the graphics could get better to improve the speed running, sparkling skin, wolf/shapeshifters, baby, etc. What do you all think? Would the story benefit from a remake someday with new VFX? Fun reaction!

Vonda Martin

Oh and BTW, yes I am 59 years old and saw these in the theater. Cried and clapped at the ending with all the characters. I did.

Mike

Oak 😂 😂

Mike

Great reaction

calum1

Cant wait to watch this reaction, would love to suggest speed racer (2001) only 1 movie so not a huge commitment and I think its something you guys would like

Mariah Lovegood

Mason, it's only batting cages joke was great. Lol

Jeff K

I’m watching now and there’s something particularly hilarious about Oak getting so upset about the bad CGI while wearing that sparkle makeup. Hahahahaha

Julia

Total fangirl of the books when I was in high school, so this takes me back to my 17 year old self crying at the end of the movie when they rolled these credits lol

Dani Johnson

The baby was cgi’d, but it was a real baby. It was cgi’d part because of how the baby interacted with the adults being half vampire. Babies don’t usually have that many mannerisms at that age. The other part being the baby needed to look very similar to the child actress playing Renesmee and have Bella’s eyes so Charlie would take notice to the weirdness of the relationship with Bella. The final battle scene was not actually in the books but was produced by the author. I love how throughout the movies you commented on the running scenes looking fake but for a majority of the scenes they are actually running on treadmills being towed by cars. There is a behind the scenes video that shows the production which I found very interesting!

Lani Meneses

"Why didn't they just get a real baby?" one of the biggest mysteries of our time 😂😂😂

Midgey_M

A couple comments 1. The entire series was told from Bellas perspective (author did write Midnight Sun which was Twilight from Edward's perspective which I loved much more) so that's why there was no conversation why Carlisle was going easy on Edward, Bella wouldn't have known what was happening. 2. Also talked about in Midnight Sun but not in the books told from Bella's perspective is that Rosalie's agitation over Bella was in part jealousy. The fact that Edward never wanted her who was this amazing beauty and then to go head over heels for this awkward, shy, clumsy human stung. It hurt her pride a lot and that's where some of that antagonism came from. 3. There of course as there always will be lots left out of the movies that are in the books. Aro wanted both Alice and Edward. He could read thoughts but only with a touch. Edward could read everyone but Bella (though Charlie's thoughts weren't as clear as everyone else's, probably where Bella got her ability). The gift of prophecy with Alice and the knowing every thought with Edward would seriously give them an advantage. Also it is ingenious that Aro wanted to read Edward's thoughts because then he pretty much knew everything from everyone all at once. Except Bella of course. It is also lightly hinted that he would want Bella's talents as well. 4. Fans went berserk in the theaters when Carlisle died. It was so sudden too. I loved how they did that with Alice showing what is going to happen if Aro didn't change it. 5. I am actually team Jasper. I love his and Alice's story. Part of the reason he is somewhat cold to Bella at first is that he worries she will put Alice in danger by causing Edward to lose control. Alice is his absolute reason for being. I have heard a great quote that fits Jasper. A hero would sacrifice their love for the world while a villain would sacrifice the world for their love. That's Jasper. 6. Also I wish they had left this part in and explained it better. Jasper can control moods. It's mentioned in the 2nd and 3rd movies. After Bella turns he is set to protect because he knows how hard going "vegetarian" was for him but Bella makes it look easy and is in control and happy right from the change. She originally thinks her super power is self control. It's really that she knew what to expect and had faith in herself. Jasper is more drawn to her as a vampire because she exudes happiness and it makes him challenge his preconceived notions. He begins to think he has only had such a hard time with their vegetarian lifestyle because he expected to have a hard time and that if he just had a different outlook it wouldn't have been so hard for him. Hope that makes sense. Oak I hope you got the glitter off lol.

Cekaia Miller

Kinda random, But Bellas friend Jessica (Anna Kendrick) in the books was kinda a bitch to Bella lol. She definitely wasn’t the best friend they portrayed her as in the Movie. Angela was a lot nicer and was her true friend.

Midgey_M

Jessica was so mean in the books! Especially in Midnight Sun when Edward hears what she really thinks of Bella. Angela is so sweet and kind, definitely agree she is the true friend.

Cekaia Miller

I remember how bad her thoughts were in midnight Sun! What a douche 😂

Gely

Now you should see vampires sucks 2010 movie. 🤪

Lani Meneses

the Oak being so mad about the baby 😂 I can't

Mariah Lovegood

Jacob is a shape shifter not a werewolf since they can choose to change and it has nothing to do with the full moon. They will not age as long as they continue to shift so he will always actually be 17 years older than Nessie but he will look the same age as her as long as he keeps shifting. I like to think that Edward will not let them be romantic until she actually is an adult. Edward can't be mad about the 17 years given his age difference from Bella but he can make them wait until she is 18. He will know if they don't.

Nakia Smith

I think as long as the wolves continue to shift they don't age. So basically as long as Jacob is around vampires he won't age. I'm not 100% sure on it though.

Mariah Lovegood

I am so happy y'all loved the fight scene and the ending credits. I like them but at the time a lot of book readers didn't. They were added to add time so they could split one book into 2 movies. Unlike Potter and Hunger Games the final book of Twilight does not have enough story to make 2 movies. I was in my 20s and knew enough that once they announced it was being made into 2 movies, I was 99% certain they were going to add the battle that in the book is not shown. I was on my feet clapping in the theater as those credits rolled and like Oak I thought that would have been amazing to see in Potter. Oak, the Bella letting Edward read her mind is in the books and I thought it was a perfect way to end the series.

Manny D.

Breaking Dawn part 2 was my favorite experience ever in theaters. Not because the movie itself, but because of the reaction to the fight scene against the Volturi. That scene is NOT in the books, so when Carlisle runs for Alice and dies, my theater EXPLODED. No one knew why they were changing the story, people were screaming, standing up, standing on their seats, throwing things at the screen. Absolute CHAOS. It was the best thing ever. Thank goodness for the director/writers for actually showing that scene. In the books it’s implied that Alice shows Aro what'll happen if there’s a fight, but the fight isn’t detailed. Re Jacob aging: I never remember if the movies mention this, but the Quiluetes don’t age for as long as they have their ability to shift, which is basically whenever vampires are around. So as long as Jacob is around the Cullens, he won’t age. Other changes: so the Quiluetes are shapeshifters in the books. That scene where Caius says “they’re consorting with werewolves, our natural enemies”, everyone points out it’s the middle of the day so they can’t be werewolves. They’re shapeshifters who don’t know they’re shapeshifters, which is weird but yeah. So werewolves do exist, just we never see them. Also in the books, Bella does just more. To streamline the plot, Edward figures out the Volturi think Renesmee is an immortal child. In the books, immortal children were explained earlier, and it’s Bella who puts that together. Also, Bella figures out about J Jenks and orders the passports etc for Jacob and Remesmee only herself, and meets with Jenks a second time to pick them up. There’s also more scenes with her working on her shielding abilities and how that works. I know you guys were slightly tortured watching these movies, but man was it funny. And man do I want you guys to react to the most famous Twilight fanfic of all time - 50 Shades of Gray. Because if you thought Twilight was bad, 50 Shades will almost make you wish you were watching Twilight instead 🤣

Zenga

Hats off to you gays for your honest opinions. Recommending theBridgerton series on Netflix.

Jeff K

Michael Sheen seems like the only person who was actually having fun making this movie. He also seems like the only person in the cast who realized how cheesy it was and just leaned into it.

Caroline

haha great 😆 I can remember the moment in the cinema back then when my friends and I were super into this and it turned out that the fight scene was just Alice's vision of the future. I have to admit it was kind of mindblowing. And yes the credit scene made me tear up a little 🙈 And as I can remember from the books the wolfs are called indeed werewolves, because they are based on old myths and probably to underline that they weren't normal wolves...I just don't think you can compare them to the pop culture association of werewolves turning at full moon and biting other humans etc. Anyway, this was so fun rewatching this with you! Thanks so much!

LisaMarie D

When we lost Carlisle in the battle scene, the theatre went completely nuts. I think I said to my friend "OMG WTF just happened???" because like others have said, it was not in the books. It was a great addition and really made the movie for me. As cringy as this series was, the credits were kind of emotional, not gonna lie. lol The entire theatre applauded and cheered during them.

Wisteria Waters

From what I remember from the books The Volturi don't know the wolves are shapeshifters, that's why Caius calls them Werewolves. Werewolves were thought to be all hunted down ( I think by Aro or Caius, Caius was afraid of werewolves.) and extinct. Jacob's tribe are shapeshifters that chose being a wolf because they are the Vampires natural enemy. Also, everyone says that Jacob won't age as long as he shifts but I always thought it was because his life was connected to Renesmee and he would age as she did, but because she is vampire, they both would stop ageing when she did.

Manny D.

The CGI baby thing was supposed to be because the baby had advanced awareness due to the rapid aging thing. The baby was intelligent. However they should have just, not done that detail because the CGI baby did NOT work lol

Jenna

I'm really glad you guys stuck thi series out. Even though the rest weren't near as fun as the first movie, I'm one of those people who think this was a really big moment in pop culture history, lol. The entire book and movie Twilight franchise was such a big deal and had more of an impact than some people realize. As far as continuing the series, there hasn't been much furthering the story, but the author has released two other editions: one story showing from Edwards POV, and also a gender bent book where the human is the boy and the vampire is a girl. Yeah, the big battle scene didn't happen in the books, even as a a vision, so even book readers were completely surpirsed and outraged in the theaters. Some great reaction videos out there lol! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QPb2mTq5EE Also, something that I don't think it well known or talked much aobut is that the author also released a short novella titled "The Short Life of Bree Tanner" who is the vampire from Eclipse in the newborn army that the Cullen's want to spare but the Volturi still killed her. It is a short story about when Bree is turned into a vampire to make Victoria's army but then dies at the battle. It was one of my favorite additions to twilight back in the day. Thanks so much for all the time and effort you guys put into these, it was a fun ride! As ususal, can't wait for everything else that you guys continue to put out!

Tealhiid

I loved your reaction to this movie!! I couldn't wait to see what you guys would think and you did not disappoint. The way evryone was invested in the fight was awesome. Can't wait to see what's coming up next on the channel. Fun facts (I'm probably gonna add them as I remember them): 1. Marcus said finally because his mate was dead. He was in love with Aro's sister and they wanted to leave the Volturi. To stop him from leaving and keeping the appearance of a united trio, Aro killed his sister. That made Marcus want to kill himself (instead of wanting revenge since he didn't know who killed her) but they are using Chealsea's (a volturi that was never mentioned in the movies) power to control connections between people to keep him connected and loyal to Aro. The reason why Aro wants to keep Marcus so much is because he can see the connections between people. So for example he can see that Alice's and Edward's connection to the Cullens is so strong that it is unbreakable unless the Cullens die. On the other hand Chealsea cannot see connections but she can manipulate them, as long as the connections between people are not strong. So if people hate each other to the core she won't be able to make them friends or loyal to one another, etc. 2. Jacob actually did not say the dad thing in the books, it was Edward that made a comment on it. Which is no better but I found it interesting how their putting everything on Jacob. 3. The hybrid from Brazil is actually the only hybrid boy. He has sisters because his dad goes around getting women pregnant letting them die and then collecting the babies in hopes of making a new race with his genes. The boy is the only one who has venom and can turn humans to vampires. 4. In the books Aro also has a shield but she is weaker than Bella because hers is only a physical shield, meaning she keeps people physically away from Aro and she has to touch him for it to work. The difference with Bella is that she has a mental shield. For example, Jane's power doesn't work on her because it attacks your brain and tells your nervous system that you are in pain, same thing for Kate's power (electricity girl). On the other hand, Jasper's power works because he changes your mood based on the hormone levels in your body (from what I understood). 5. In the book, there was some sort of a fight but it was really between Bella and the powers of the Volturi. She was keeping everyone safe and feeling the attacks on her shield. Her shield is mostly used to keep any powers from coming into contact with the ones she protects leaving the ones inside her shield to be able to use their powers. 6. Alec and Jane's story is pretty interesting. They were accused of witchcraft. When burning on stake, Jane focused on thinking how she would like the villagers to feel her pain..hence she got her power. Alec focused on numbing himself so he wouldn't feel pain, which is why he can numb people's senses. They are called Witch twins. Jane's power causes pain to a single person while Alec's can numb down as many people as he wanted (an entire army is well withing his power). They are the reason the Volturi are still standing strong and never lose (until Bella arrived of course). 7. The Quileutes pack are not werewolves but shape-shifters. Actual werewolf become so because they are infected by being bitten by another werewolf and they are deadlier than shape-shifters to vampires. We don't see them in the movies because they are almost extinct from Caius' crusade against them since he was traumatized from getting almost killed by them. The Quileutes tribe are called shape-shifters because they could've transformed into parrots instead of wolves, it's just that the first one "chose" the body of a wolf. The lore and the backstories are why I'm so invested in the franchise and why I like it so much. When I was a kid it was the romance, now it's just the world in general. Btw, some of these infos can only be found in the A to Z about Twilight that was made after the 4 books.

Tealhiid

Even before reading midnight sun I did not like Jessica. I felt the hostility in the little comments she was making throughout the book and then Edward's Pov confirmed it.

Angelina

Lmao AWESOME reaction 🔥 Not the sparkles 🤣 Can’t wait until the next franchise. Y’all are amazing 🤘

GillyBean

omg what a ride with you guys! Had so much fun watching you all experience this. Did y'all notice the Cullen mom is Shirley from Haunting of Hill House? I'm glad she went on to something where she got to actually stretch her talent hahaha

Cartulize Charles

The light brown wolf that got paralyzed and killed by Jane was Seth, the white wolf is Leah, which is why she reacted that way to her little brother dying. So glad you guys liked the fight scene it was so powerful. I remember going to the theatre and bawling my eyes out over all the people we lost, and then sitting in complete shock when we realized it was all Alice’s vision. One thing that gave us “hints” that Edward never loved anyone before Bella was honestly all those cheesy lines, especially in the first movie and eclipse “I’ve waited 100 years for you” etc. The series itself isn’t the best when it comes to production, but the characters and lore of the Twilight world is why it has such a soft spot for so many people.

Angelina

Which of you did the wolf howl at the beginning??! 🤣 Incredible 🐺

Caroline Price

Not only did I see it in theaters but I saw the special feature. Movie theater did a showing of all the movies and bracelets to get you in and out as you pleased. Did it with 30 other ladies. Read all the books. I am all for forcing my kids to experience movies I grew up with. Harry Potter, yes. Goonies, yes. This series is not one of them. I have 1 kid who will be all about it. On the Author’s web page you can also find her unreleased book from Edward’s point of view. There is also a side novel with Bree Tanner. On a side note, you guys catch Vecna in the Voltori?

important nobody

So I popped in my copy and one of the trailers was Perks of Being a Wallflower. You guys should watch that.

Christine L.

I saw this in the theaters. It is hands down the BEST movie theater experience I have. It was a full house and everyone was screaming and cheering. I was personally angry crying and yelling "this was not in the books!" 😂

Christine L.

I cried during the credits. I loved that they credited people from the previous movies. And the book pages???? Perfection.

Jeff K

Yeah, it was very clear reading the books that she didn’t know how to write action, or didn’t care about it. Everyone was offscreen, and mentioned as almost throwaway lines. And as you said, the full battle sequence - even if it wasn’t real in the movie - was never in the book. Completely invented for the movie, and the best choice they could have made.

ParkMinJeon

Someone may have already pointed this out , but did The Oak ever notice that Jamie Campbell Bower who played Vecna in Stranger Things played the blonde haired dude in The Volturi ? 👀

rachele

Oak mentioned it briefly in the New Moon reaction!

rachele

The YT cover, the cold open, the sparkly face.. this is cinema 🤌🏼 I just love y’all 🤣🤣 all the little comments and reactions throughout this movie (and the entire series) had me dying of laughter. I appreciate how much y’all got into it and unpacked it as well through discussion. And the fights scenes are epic!! Especially for 2008-2012. Y’all had me hyped

Caroline Price

I’m super old so originally someone tried to leak it so Stephanie Meyer just posted it on her page. Didn’t know it officially came out!

Christine L.

She also released another book for the Twilight anniversary. It's called Life and Death and it's a gender-bent version of Twilight. So Bella's a guy and Edward's a girl.

Christine L.

Love the discussion at the end guys! Oak, how hard was it to take all that glitter off? 😂

Caroline Price

I think I heard about that somewhere!!!! Omg, i just realized my husband bought it for me but I thought it was the bree tanner one I read originally! It’s like you just gave me another gift!

astrola

the glittery face omg🤣 I love it!!

Grandma’s4GreatReacts

They aren’t werewolves Oak…Caius was trying to keep Aro fighting! He said werewolves but they are not…Caius didn’t know what he was talking about…that’s he point…because everyone there knew they weren’t.

Ola Aljaryan

The baby is a hybrid, has humans and vampire traits together and they opted for CGI because the baby needed to show more intelligent expressions than a normal human baby that age. Also Jake is not romantically in love with her until she is an adult

Amanda P

I'm just saying, you guys should watch the vampire diaries, some people may disagree but it's really good. Has the action you're looking for and some slight gore, and yes some cheesy romance but the lore and story building is really good and they keep you guessing about the story arc of each season. They did vampires pretty damn well in the show. Could be fun 😉

Tealhiid

I would love to see their reactions to The Originals, especially Oak.

Ginger

That opening was too funny! But it was kinda hard to take Oak seriously when he looked like the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz. 😜 I loved his nuggets of wisdom at the end about seeking approval and not allowing others judgments to affect your own sense of self worth. Something I have struggled with all my life. The CGI face was terrible! It looked too cartoonish and was distracting. I always thought the reason Edward fell in love with Bella was because she was the first person he ever met who he could not read their mind, so that made her a mystery to him and enticing whereas he knew everyone else more than he or they wanted him to. I am a little confused as to why Bella’s dad never seemed to question his granddaughter growing so fast. I absolutely loved watching Oak’s reaction to the fake out! I wondered how you all were going to react to that revelation. 😎 I told ya this was the best one in the series. 😁

Ola Aljaryan

The pack are shape shifters that’s what they say about themselves, but they are those who’ll have the misconception that they are werewolves even among vampires, Jacob said to Bella in the books that they do age but very slowly, also yes Edward can read Aro’s mind, he could ready anyone’s midnight except Bella, and at the end she practiced an additional skill with her shield, which is to be able to remove her shield momentarily and keep it at bay to let him read her mind before bringing it back within her, because she wanted him to see for himself how she feels about him

Lani Meneses

just finished watching the whole reaction! so much fun. I remember when I watched this at 13 in the theatre, the whole theatre screamed and gasped the loudest GASP/SCREAM when Aro ripped Carlisle’s head off 😂never seen a reaction like that in the theatre to date 🤣 core memory for sure!

Tealhiid

Charlie doesn't question because 1- he knew he would not get an answer and 2- because Bella told him she would tell him what he needs to know and if she tells him more she'll have to leave. Since he doesn't want that, he lets it go

Leah Virr

You guys need to watch Good Omens. Michael Sheen (Aro) and David Tennant are a fantastic duo

david baye

VERY! It also got very stiff after it dried! I’d do it all over again though ;) -Oak

Badd Medicine

We appreciate this! Thank you! Be sure to check out the YouTube cut when they drops... There will be some more of that cinema you mentioned 😁👍

Badd Medicine

Haha that video was great! Thank you and thank you for watching. We appreciate it and the support!

Ginger

He still seemed a little too nonchalant about it imo.

Grace Stockwell

At least the CGI baby is 1000x better than the robot ...you guys should react to that

Heather Peck

So when I was younger and read the books I liked the ending but as I've gotten older I realized it's kind of the most anticlimactic climax to a series ever 😂... The whole movie is building up to the battle between the Cullens and the Volturi but all that actually happens is they all meet up in a field see a vision and part ways 😂. But it's been a lot of fun watching you guys react to these!!!

Larissa

oak looking like the tin man from wizard of oz haha

Hunter Davis

From my perspective as someone who watched this in theaters (I was 13) I can tell you that the fight scene had everyone shook and the whole theater was screaming and bawling only to find out it wasn’t real??? Insane. And then you’re absolutely right sitting in the theater as a young teenager where we all basically spent years with this series from reading the books to watching the movies, it was a perfect wrap up and it was so emotional reflecting on all the characters and knowing it was the end but it gave closure. Really appreciate y’all for sticking through it, definitely know it wasn’t yalls cup of tea and even as an adult I can definitely recognize its downfalls but I’m glad y’all gave us a nice reaction especially for someone like me who consistently rewatches this series.

Stephanie Sanderson

THE BATTLE WAS NOT IN THE BOOKS! I brought a friend to this last movie at the theater who had never read the books. When Carlisle died, the stranger girl I was sitting next to screamed! My friend sat through the entire battle so confused while I held the STRANGER teenage girl next to me both of us screaming and CRYING lol. I'll never forget that, AMAZING change to the movie!

Chainster

With or without sparkles on his face, Oak always shines in my eyes 🫡🧛🏻‍♂️ Also, if you take a look at when Bella lights Aro on fire, you can see in the background that Aro’s witnesses descend on Edward and Bella, fulfilling Alice’s vision that everyone fighting on the Cullen’s side die.

Wattyone1

Now that this saga is over, I need you guys to watch vampires suck as soon as possible.

Midgey_M

Remembered something else I wanted to say too. You guys all mentioned how she was too young to make this life decision of becoming a vampire and that she was just a kid. What the books make really clear but the movies slack on is that one of the ways Bella never fit in is that she was never a kid. She basically parented her parents. She was the adult, particularly with her mom. Bella had been responsible for all the bills, cooking, grocery shopping etc because her mom was pretty flaky. Charlie was better but Bella still did all the grocery shopping and cooking for the house. I know in terms of age it doesn't make sense for her to just be ready to give up life but there was more to the story. She wasn't just an 18 year old infatuated with a vampire. She was a woman mature FAR beyond her years. That was one of the things that drew Edward in was watching the quiet and selfless way she took care of those she loved, much in the way a mother takes care of their family. Hopefully that helps!

I may have gone just a tad overboard on the glitter gel!!! -Oak

If you like the cheese and humor of the relationship, you should check out The Host, which is another movie that was made from a Stephanie Meyer book. Instead of a human/vampire relationship, it is a human/alien relationship.

I was more entertained by your reactions throughout this saga, it was rlly fun to watch people who wouldn't "normally" watch this series watch it. If you were interested i would recommend watching "The Vampire Diaries" for a more 'realistic?" depiction of vampires/werewolves. The scenes are just as great and enjoyable as the twilights fight scenes, I would say tvd gives way more depth into the lore and the details added into showing the transformtion of werewolves having to break every bone in their body to get to wolf form. Its quite hard to watch but i remember enjoying just how detailed it was. Also on the horrible CGI on the baby, i heard in the books she was written as some too beautiful almost unreal baby, so maybe thats why it was chosen to do cgi?? thats just my guess

Also a fun fact, Kristen Stewart was the highest paid actress the year this movie hit theaters.

IM SO SAD I MIGHT CRY YOU GUYS BUT EVERYTIME I LOOK AT OAK I CANNOT LMAO THAT GLITTER IS WILD! Thank you for taking us back again on this journey. I was bawling my eyes out as a teenage girl when this last movie came out.

I really loved this reaction journey! the ending of breaking dawn is so emotional. I was crying in the theatres at the credits I still think that and the part where Bella showed Edward her mind was beautifully done. So many memories with this series it's like taking a trip down memory lane! I loved the discussion in the end and Oak's message as well. The sparkles were amazing too.

That's honestly one of my favorite books. I read it more than Potter and that's saying something. Movie is OK but book is awesome. 😀

Oh man, if they react to "The Vampire Diaries" I will be so happy!! I was surprised at how well produced and written that show is; I think they would enjoy it.... A little sad that the TWILIGHT SAGA has come to an end though💕. What a fun journey this was!

2023-06-11 04:58:53 I remember watching this in the theater like it was yesterday🥰. It was a special screening at Universal CityWalk in LA. The audience was jam packed and we were as excited as ever to watch the finale! Oh man, when that fight scene happened, you would've thought we were all watching the world's scariest movie! 😂 Screams, shouting and crying galore! Many people were Cheering whenever "Our Side" would take out one of the Volturi... I, too, was one of those people screaming OUT LOUD at what happened to poor Carlisle💔. I shouted (like many) "This wasn't in the books!!" But when we lost Jasper, Seth, & Leah, I have to admit, I cried a little... Eventually the cries turned to Loud and Floor Rumbling Cheers when we saw it was just a vision... What a fun, bipolar experience that was😅... Thank you so much for your reaction to The Twilight Saga guys!! I enjoyed watching along with you very much. I am a little sad that it is over, to be honest. Looking forward to all of your upcoming content! PLEASE ADD "The Vampire Diaries" to your list. The production and writing on that show is surprisingly great and I think you all would enjoy it.

I can't even start the video because I keep rewatching the opening 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I love Sparkles Oak 🤣

The baby was supposed to be baby sized, however have teeth, be very aware, an able to communicate. She wasn't crying like a baby, but her face did show anger and confusion, maybe this type of tech was new at the time and they went for it. It was weird in the theater. They really left out so much stuff that would have made it easier to understand if they did a little dialog. Great reaction! Watching you guys during the fighting! Loved it!

Anytime I see reactions for the twilight saga I am always just WAITING for that last battle scene reaction haha, I remember the screams in the theater when it first came out bc no one was expecting it 😂

Bianka

Chuckesmee is wild! They have to see it, after that they would surely say that cgi baby wasn't so bad 😂
