WOW!!! y'all picked one HELL OF A MOVIE here!!! Jojo Rabbit is a heartwarming yet dark and twisted, satire or whatever you may want to call it type of movie. This movie makes you laugh at moments but isn’t afraid to make the viewers get emotional or think deeply over the film. It is a movie of substance. Just didn't expect any of this.

Yeeeah my recommendation I’ve been waiting for it for months and I’m so glad you guys reacted to it and that it resonated with you. This movie perfectly depicted the ridiculousness of the nazi ideology and all of the people who fought against it, as well as all the people who had to suffer for it. I also really liked Sam Rockwell’s character. I don’t know if you guys noticed but when the Gestapo was searching Jojo’s house, he came back with Rosie’s bike because he probably knew that she was dead. That’s also why he said to Jojo to stay at home, so that he wouldn’t see his mother’s body. He was also gay, as you guys have noticed, and the outfit that he wore had the pink triangle. You guys should search the history behind it !

thank you guys for mentioning war in Ukraine. as a Ukrainian myself, this movie was really difficult to watch, but it's so truthful.

The Americans and especially the Russians DID horrible things during and after the war. They raped girls, women and even grandmothers. They looted the cities and took everything they could with them. And the British dropped incendiary bombs on Dresden at the end of the war, after the city was already destroyed, killing thousands of civilians, mostly women and children.

I've watched this movie 3 times in the last 20 days. Somehow the ending hit different each time. First I laughed. In second time I smiled in mixed feelings. In third time I smiled again but had this pain in my chest that happens when I feel like crying but don't cry. It's such a brilliant ending.
