This was a fantastic follow up. The stakes are raised in this one. The foot was on the gas pedal this whole movie. A lot of familiar faces in this one. We really enjoyed the story that was told in this one. Again, y'all are on a roll with these suggestions. Pumped to see the 3rd installment.

Oh well, I didn't really enjoy this movie. Like you say, they never get the foot off the pedal, and it's too much. When it's just action, action, action, I lose interest. I loved the slower pace scenes when we really see character development. I'd give this 2 answers :) That being said, loved your reaction, as always.

I'm so happy you loved it! This one always seems to get the lowest ratings, maybe because people say it doesn't follow the book, but man I think its so good. I'm sooo excited for the 3rd as it's my fave. Yeah this movie feels almost like a video game with like one boss fight after the other 😂 and who knew these would basically be zombie movies, its such a great twist at the end of the first when they reveal it all. Glad you guys seem to really like Dylan O'Brien, he truly is amazing in everything he's been in! Cant wait for next week!!

Y’all remember when Brenda was telling Thomas about her brother George? Most people don’t notice (I didn’t the first few times) but twice when Thomas is in the Glade we see the name George. Once on the wall where all the names are and the marker in the woods where Thomas finds the grave says George.

Just a note, Dylan didn't just break his leg while filming the third movie, he broke his face. He suffered brain trauma and nearly died. There's a lot that went on behind the scenes in his recovery time but major props to him for overcoming that and finishing the series out. I'm glad you guys enjoyed this one! I feel like it gets a bad rap because it's just a ton of story, whereas the first is all introduction and the third is the conclusion/epic finale. But this second one can and does go any and everywhere so it's a lot to take in. Can't wait for next week!

I love that Thomas just does not care. Fear does not exist. He just goes for it every time. To be honest I share Theresa’s viewpoint but I would not want to take others who were unwilling down with me.

I love Oak brought this up! Because we see Mary takes the stuff from Thomas to give Brenda to make her live a little longer. And yes people who aren't immune will always NEED more but wouldn't it be easier to just have the immunes donate blood or what ever the stuff is? Wouldn't that have been much easier then basically killing all these kids? I would think as they grow up, get married and have kids, they could pass off the immunity until you get a much larger population. Whereas here WCKED is basically killing them, never giving that chance to expand the immunity. I feel this way humanity will die out much faster.

I laughed so hard when y'all brought up the number of rounds left & not tossing the stainless steel water bottle. The survivalists in us 🤣 Honestly, the movies are way better than the books. These are the prime example of an adaptation expanding the world and making the story better. Great stuff as always, guys! 🤘

dang i was actually sad to hear you being up world war Z because i was going to sprint to the comments to tell y’all to watch it. would’ve loved to see a reaction for that one. however i do recommend the movie “The Host” it’s a post apocalyptic movie as well. and it’s a really unique type of post apocalyptic theme ! but great reaction as always. i like this movie a lot and i actually don’t remember the 3rd one really well? i’m not sure if i’ve even seen it? i’ve seen the first two multiple times. hmm… i guess i’ll find out next week if i remember the 3rd 🤷‍♀️😂

I disagree with one of ya'lls thoughts at the end. I don't think there is a moral dilemma here. If you have to sacrifice even one life, you're not on the right path. Sacrifice is something that people do. They choose to do that. If you're sacrificing someone else, that's just murder, and that's never okay.

In the book, the city is somewhere in South America south of the Andes Mountains which they head toward. I read that they filmed in Albuquerque, but don’t know if that is the city meant for the movie.

I'm loving your guys reaction to The maze runner movies so far. I just love Dylan O'brien playing Thomas. He is such a great actor and one of my faves. He starred in American Assassin with Michael Keaton and Teen Wolf the Televison series. That's where he had his first acting break and breakout role before he was recognized and starred in movies. I highly recommend for you guys to check out American Assassin one day maybe. it is a good one. Anyways I hope you guys take care and I'm looking forward to the last Maze Runner:Death Cure movie reaction. :)

His first project back I believe was American Assassin. He wasn't strapped in properly, was thrown from where he was, then essentially was hit by a stunt car. Thats why it took him a very long time to recover and he has said he also considered quitting acting because of it, in an article it says "O’Brien explained that the accident “broke most of the right side of [his] face” and that he suffered severe trauma to his brain" His most recent film he is in is called The Outfit, funny thing is his not the main main character in this yet a lot of promotional material make it seem like he is XD

Yea these movies are amazing!! The Maze Runner series is the best of the "teen sifi movies" like hunger games and divergent. Oak you are totally right on the moral dilemma! Your guys reaction and input is always great.
