I was thinking about the radio reveal back on the Daryl Dixon spinoff, how Carol sounded kinda weird on the radio. I'm wondering if it's gonna be a bait and switch like the Daryl v Maggie we got back in the Commonwealth arc. I think they filmed the Daryl soldier reveal scene different, at first it was supposed to seem like Daryl and Maggie were going to face off, then we get the scene again and it's really him trying to get her to trust him? Maybe we get the radio message from Carol's perspective and it's not lackluster so much as overwhelmed at Rick/getting resources from the CRM. Overall great episode, the reunion was all I wanted out of this and we got it.
