Transition Update: FFS (Patreon)

Hey everyone,
I just quickly wanted to let you know that after the beta release this weekend, I'll be traveling for two weeks because I'm getting Facial Feminization Surgery in Spain.

As always, I have prepared some extra content to be delivered to you while I'm gone, but I'm only gone for two weeks. It might postpone the next progress report a little bit but I'm sure I'll be fine to work on the next patch right after I'm back just fine.

I'm excited, but nervousness is also setting in slowly. I did a lot of research to pick the right surgeons for the job, and I'm quite confident in their abilities, but you know... surgery is always a health risk, so I'm not taking this step lightly and already had to undergo dozens of blood tests and such. I'll be getting a forehead reconstruction, chinplasty, rhinoplasty, lip lift, trachea shave, and hair transplant, so it is going to be quite a long procedure.

Full recovery is going to take several weeks, but I'm expected to be able to fully work again on my return at the beginning of August. I'm only staying at the hospital for two days and will spend the rest of the two weeks heavily bandaged in a hotel room with a nurse nearby, so apparently, I'll just look horrible the days after, but it shouldn't be too painful. (They want me to walk outside through the city like that, but I don't know if I'll have the courage to go out looking like that.) I have my wife with me, so I'll be cared for excellently, although I do hope she's going to spend some quality time in town, the beach, and the surrounding area to turn this into more of a holiday for her at least.

Ever since I came out as trans, I have gotten lots of positive vibes from the community about it, and I'm very grateful for that. I hope for your support during this next step as well and look forward to my return.

Oh, and there's a fun fact: I've paid for the surgery entirely out of the income from the Femdemic release on Steam and Itch, so I didn't use any Patreon money. It's quite a costly endeavor, so only the release being that successful has made me able to afford this in the first place.

I'll be back in a few days with the beta release and possibly another small surprise, and then I'm off to Spain this Sunday. Surgery is next Thursday, and I'll be back home the week after on Saturday already. Just a quick plane ride.
