This is so fascinating, I actually started doing something similar recently! For me, my admin day is on the weekends because I'm usually drained during the week. I personally like weekly because it allows me to make incremental progress on a larger thing (e.g. I had three sessions for taxes - could I have done it all in one sitting? Sure, but between gathering all the paperwork and the tedium and frustration and the "joys" of my particular brand of neurodivergence, it would've taken hours) But yeah, noting things for a future, specific date, plus having the ability to strikethrough things has been super helpful. So cool to see how apply this to other things in your life, definitely inspired me to try that as well!
