Updated to r19.2 (Patreon)

Hi everyone, I've updated the links to r19.2! THIS time, the android lag bugs should be fixed. Also put in a failsafe for renovation stuff, so people having problems with that should hopefully see it fixed now too. Also, I've changed it so that when buying clothes on android, it'll show the preview before the buy/sell amount.
