Raven tries to be fancy (Patreon)

Someone was curious to see Raven in a fancy dress and this was my attempt at that. One of the main ideas I had in mind when making this was to see if I could borrow materials from her normal outfit and see if they could be made into something dress-like. Perhaps in some alternate version of the "date with destiny" episode where Raven ends up going to the prom as well this could have possibly been an outfit she wore?
