Simone, yes, the shorter man with glasses (John Fiedler) is the voice of Piglet.

You can probably recognize that this was originally a stage play. The author, Reginald Rose, wrote two separate scripts. 12 Angry Men and 12 Angry Women. Each script could be cast with just a single gender group (as in this film). It is the exact same story and characters in both scripts, but with any necessary incidentals changed to account for the gender differences. However, his intent was that you could cast each role with whichever gender and each actor/actress would read their part from the gender-specific script, and it would all simply "work" together. With a mixed cast, the title would be "12 Angry Jurors".

Andrew Jackson (snabbk..)

I think some of the actors in the Wizard of Oz could have been born in the 1880s, but Joseph Sweeney, born 1884 is probably the oldest film actor I know. The only other person from that era that a lot of people have seen is Reginald Owen, born 1887, who plays Admiral Boom in Mary Poppins.

First of all, I want the accused to be innorcent. But I also believe you need to be open to all arguments. The movies kind of leans into his innorcense, and CineBinge quickly clams on to it. But there was scenarios where he could have been guilty, and for the sake of the story I'd like to hang on to that side. It feels like many would have voted with the movie. In the end it feels more natural to say there was too little that could be proved to hand down a guilty verdict.

Chase Lonnergan

One of the few movies where hardly anybody points out that the bad guy wins.

Jack Warden played George Clooney's father on a TV show and Martin Balsam was Clooney's actual father in law for a few years. Both Warden and Balsam are in All The President's Men.

This was originally made as a teleplay, before being adapted as a stage play, and adapted again into this movie. I remember having to study the play when I was in High School. Our English teacher showed us this movie during the last few lessons before the Christmas holidays.

This is a classic and is on the list of 300 essential movies.
