Doc Anime!

I know the Dark Tournament is something everyone wanted, but I personally don't mind them not doing it. I honestly kinda figured from the trailer that they were changing a lot and this might be a standalone season, which I am fine with. They had a vision and they accomplished it. Instead of a live action dark Tournament season, I just want this Live action to generate enough hype so that they'll Remaster/Remake The YuYu Hakusho anime like they did HXH(2011).

Defiance

I'm with ya'll on this one. I was on board to see how they were going to tell the story...until this episode. Yusuke obtaining the Spirit Wave Orb was such an important, monumental, and meaningful moment in the anime that really emphasized that bond between him and Genkai. To know what Yusuke had to go through to obtain that Orb...and to see how they squeezed that entire struggle into about 2 minutes...they lost me. Like you said, it had potential, but I feel they ruined it for the sake of time. And now I have to go and rewatch the anime for the feels and reminder, lol.
